U leidt een wat grotere onderneming in het MKB, of misschien een ander soort organisatie. Uw doelen zullen ongeveer de volgende zijn: geld verdienen, continuïteit waarborgen, en misschien wilt u uw positie in de markt wel versterken.
Af en toe kijkt u hoe het is gegaan, en dan wilt u bepaalde informatie zien. U wilt dan zien hoe het gegaan is met de omzet, met de marges, de bezetting van uw machinepark, om maar een paar zaken te noemen. Als u die informatie al netjes en tijdig aangereikt krijgt, prima. U gaat vervolgens weer lekker verder met leiding geven en besturen. Dan heeft u ons niet nodig.
Als dat niet zo is, dan zouden wij een goeie job voor u kunnen doen. Inderdaad, zorgen dat u die informatie wel krijgt. In een formaat wat u makkelijk en prettig leesbaar vindt. Op tijd. En zo vaak als nodig.
Maar behalve dat u in huis naar cijfermateriaal wilt kijken, zijn er buiten de deur ook nog wel eens partijen die van alles van u willen weten. Bijvoorbeeld de bank, op het moment dat u geld wilt lenen. Ook zij verwachten dan een gedegen set informatie van u. Als u niet weet wat ze willen zien of hoe u dat moet maken, assisteren we u daar graag bij.
Wat levert u dat nou op als u betere informatie voorhanden heeft? Eigenlijk drie dingen.

U krijgt een handig hulpmiddel in handen om uw bedrijf te leiden, op de weg naar uw doelen. Bijvoorbeeld, als u een flink machinepark heeft en op die machines werk doet voor uw klanten, dan wilt u vast in de gaten houden hoeveel uren er gedraaid zijn en hoeveel daarvan betaald zijn door de klant. Als die cijfers te laag blijven, dan weet u waar u energie in moet steken. Want voldoende uren draaien is belangrijk bij u.
Binnen uw bedrijf kunt u op eenvoudige wijze focus organiseren op datgene wat bij u belangrijk is. Bijvoorbeeld: Wéér 80% bezetting gedraaid, we gaan met zijn allen een biertje drinken! Of, als het maar niet lukt: we gaan een werkgroep formeren die stevig aan de slag gaat met bezetting. Dit moet beter worden !
Op een externe partij (als de bank) maakt u een degelijke indruk als u uw informatie goed op orde hebt. En dat gaat u een betere relatie opleveren. Dus een prettiger samenwerking.
Hierboven ging het over zorgen dat u informatie krijgt. Dat doen we graag, en goed. Maar we doen veel meer.
Eigenlijk kunnen we op alle gebieden van het zakendoen die te maken hebben met beslissingen voorbereiden en nemen, met besturen van uw onderneming en met diverse juridische zaken rond het ondernemen u goed adviseren en assisteren. En samen komen we dan tot een optimale oplossing. En omdat wij ervaren zijn in het MKB, zien wij vaak heel snel in welke richting we de oplossing van uw probleem moeten zoeken. En wat er moet gebeuren om dat probleem daadwerkelijk opgelost te krijgen.
